Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy : No Refund or Returns, Exchange Only on Products (if product has not been opened, and with a valid receipt within 14 days) All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Sale items are final sale, therefore cannot be exchanged.
All services are final sale. There will be NO refunds on any services. No exceptions. In the event you are not pleased with your service, the service may be “re-done” at the soonest convenience.
Cancellation Policy : We require 24hr notice to change or cancel any appointments booked. Failure to give 24hr notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. A valid gift certificate number or credit card number must be given when booking to hold your appointment.
Covid19 Mask Policy : Starting Friday September 17th 2021 the Government of Saskatchewan has implemented a MASK MANDATE in all public indoor spaces, this includes Coco Nail Lounge. Please bring your own mask and put it on before entering the building.
