Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy : No Refund or Returns, Exchange Only on Products (if product has not been opened, and with a valid receipt within 14 days) All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Sale items are final sale, therefore cannot be exchanged.
All services are final sale. There will be NO refunds on any services. No exceptions. In the event you are not pleased with your service, the service may be “re-done” at the soonest convenience.
Cancellation Policy : We require 24hr notice to change or cancel any appointments booked. Failure to give 24hr notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. A valid credit card number must be uploaded when booking to hold your appointment. Any appointments not confirmed with a credit card may be unscheduled by Coco Nail Lounge.
* If you are more comfortable wearing a mask please do so. Out of respect, your esthetician will also be required to wear a mask if YOU ARE.
